| Pescatarian in a Steak Joint: I like Matt to have the opportunity for steak (since I don't eat meat), especially when in Texas. We stopped at the Big Texan Steak House in Amarillo. Matt's friend Paul recommended it, mostly for it's character. This was my conversation with the waitress: Me: "What's better the fried shrimp or the grilled salmon?" Waitress: "The steak." Texas. |
